摘要:
中国能源效率发展不平衡.本文将能源消耗、资本、劳动力作为投入,环境污染物排放量和经济增长分别作为非期望产出和产出,利用基于方向距离函数的超效率模型对中国30个省份的全要素能源效率进行测算,并对我国三大地带能源效率进行对比分析.结果表明:2007 - 2017年中国各区域能源效率存在显著差异,各地带能源效率整体上呈现下降趋势,具有一定的波动性.能源效率由高到低依次是:东部地区、西部地区、中部地区.为提高能源效率,各区域需大力推进工业化进程,加快产业结构的调整和优化,增强国民环保意识等.
Abstract:
The development of energy efficiency in different regions of China is unbalanced. This paper takes energy consumption, capital and labor as inputs, the discharge of environmental pollutants as the undesirable output, and the economic growth as the output, respectively. The super-efficiency model based on the directional distance function is adopted to calculate the total factor energy efficiency of 30 provinces in China, and a comparative analysis of the energy efficiency of China’s three major regions is carried out. The results show that from 2007 to 2017, there is a significant difference of energy efficiency among different regions in China, and on the whole, energy efficiency in different regions is decreasing with certain volatility. The eastern region has the highest energy efficiency, followed by the western region and the central region in sequence. In order to improve energy efficiency, different regions need to vigorously promote the industrialization process, accelerate the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure, and enhance the national environmental awareness.
