摘要:
为在师范生早期培养阶段融入教学技能的启蒙,本文提出以专业基础课程为平台、以学生主题授课为情境的翻转课堂教学模式.该模式的教学活动设计围绕学生讲授环节展开,通过学生主题讲授环节的准备、设计、实施和评价等步骤实现教学技能启蒙训练与课程教学的深度融合.以《电磁学》课程为例对实施效果进行了初步验证,结果显示该模式在提高学生学习主动性和活跃课堂氛围方面优势明显,而对师范生教学技能启蒙的贡献在教学实施与调控能力方面最为显著.研究为实现师范生教学技能启蒙、探索全程实践模式提供了可行途径.
Abstract:
In order to incorporate the initiation of teaching skills into the early stage of student teachers’ training, this paper proposes a flipped classroom teaching mode in basic major courses set in the situation of students’ theme teaching. The design of teaching activities in this mode is centered on students’ teaching. Through the preparation, design, implementation and evaluation of students’ theme teaching, this mode realized the deep integration of teaching skills initiation training and curriculum teaching. The implementation effect of this mode was preliminarily verified through the course of Electromagnetics. Results showed that this mode has obvious advantages in improving students’ learning initiative and enlivening classroom atmosphere, which has the most obvious contribution to students’ ability of teaching implementation and regulation during the initiation of teaching skills. This study provides a feasible way to realize the initiation of student teachers’ teaching skills and explore the whole process of practice mode.
