摘要:
本文从商业生态系统角度研究区域内电子商务企业创新的要素及提升创新能力的机制,以温州地区为例考察政策、资金、人才、中介服务以及产业基础对企业电子商务创新的影响,研究发现,电子商务企业的技术创新比商业模式创新对企业绩效的作用更显著;区域内现有产业基础对电子商务企业的商业模式创新有显著影响,但对技术创新没有显著影响;中介服务机构对企业的商业模式创新和技术创新都具有显著作用。政府政策与资金支持能有效促进电子商务企业的技术创新,而对商业模式创新效果却不明显。
Abstract:
Factors and mechanism to leverage innovation of e-commerce enterprises are studied from the perspective of regional ecosystem. Policy, funds, talents, intermediary services and local industrial base are investigated in Wenzhou region. Results find that business model innovation of e-commerce can enhance performance dramatically, but easy to be imitated, and technology innovation plays more important role in competitive advantage. Local industrial bases have no significant influence on technology innovation, intermediary services are essential for both business model innovation and technology innovation. It is suggested that the government should take measures from regional policy, capital and talent to promote technology innovation.
