摘要:
本研究采用“中学生职业成熟度量表”“田纳西自我概念量表”和“父母教养方式量表”等工具,对从浙江省温州市两所高中随机抽取的472位学生的职业成熟度发展进行研究,探讨了高中生的职业成熟度及其与自我概念、父母教养方式之间的关系。研究显示:(1)高中生的自我概念、父母教养方式对其职业成熟度有显著影响,父母教养方式起调节作用;(2)心理自我、家庭自我和社会自我可以积极预测高中生的职业成熟度;(3)心理自我、社会自我和溺爱型教养方式是职业成熟度的重要预测变量。
Abstract:
The career maturity development of 472 students are randomly selected from two senior high schools in Wenzhou of Zhejiang province is studied in this paper, based on “Career Maturity Scale of high School Students”, “Tennessee Self Concept Scale” and “Parenting Style Scale”. The career maturity of senior high school students and their relationship with their self-conception and parental rearing style are chiefly discussed and investigated. The study shows : (1) The senior high school students’ self-concept and parental rearing styles have obvious significance to the career maturity and the parental rearing style play a regulatory role; (2) Psychological self, family self and social self are positive predictors for the career maturity; (3) Psychological self, social self and indulgent parental style are important predictor variables of the career maturity.
