摘要:
“一带一路”战略对杭州跨境电商来说是一个巨大的历史契机，也包含了对跨境电商人才提出的新要求。在分析跨境电商人才的培养现状和企业用人需求情况的基础上，本文重点对人才培养模式、校内校外实训基地和素质教育体系三方面进行研究，探索新形势下高端跨境电商人才培养路径，旨在提升跨境电商人才的综合能力和就业竞争力，进一步推动杭州跨境电商行业的蓬勃发展。
Abstract:
“One Belt and One Road Initiative” brings the unprecedented historical chance to the cross-border E-commerce in Hangzhou. Meanwhile, it puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of high-level cross-border E-commerce talents. The paper aims to explore the cultivation path of high-level cross-border E-commerce talents under the new situation from the perspectives of the talent cultivation mode, on-campus and off-campus practice base and the quality-oriented education system based on the analysis of the current situation of talent cultivation and the talent requirements of cross-border E-commerce enterprises with a purpose to improve the comprehensive capabilities and employability of the talents as well as promote the rapid development of cross-border E-commerce industry in Hangzhou.
