南戏《琵琶记》早在江户时代就传入日本,并已经出现了译本。到了日本近代学术转型以后,翻译、注释等传统形式仍在持续,既有梗概,也有节译;既有训译,也有日译;既有译而不注,也有既译且注,一时颇为热闹。其译注者都是名著一时的人物:盐谷温、铃木虎雄、幸田露伴、 川临风、西村天囚、宫原民平等。而另一方面,现代专题论文论著开始登上历史舞台,并逐渐大擅其场,19世纪末便已在南戏及《琵琶记》研究上执其先鞭,其中尤以森槐南的研究最具开创性的意义。
Abstract:
The Story of Pipa as one of Nanxi (Southern Drama南戏) was introduced into Japan as early as the Edo period and it has been two editions of translation since then. Until the academic transformation in modern Japan, the traditional forms such as the translation and the annotation continues, including outline translation, brief translation, Chinese Japanese translation, Japanese translation, translation without notes and translation with notes. The translators are all famous literati and scholars at that time, such as Shionaya On and Suzuki Torao, Koda Rohan, Sasakawa Rinpu, Nishimura tenshu, Miya hara Minpei. On the other hand, modern monographs works begins to step on to the arena of history and gradually become the main form of research results. The Story of Pipa as well as Nanxi (Southern Drama南戏) stands in the leading position by the end of the 19th century, among which the most striking is the research achievements of Mori Kainan.
